Message Board: The Bapist Unified Image Viewer is now live!!!
To access Synapse Mobility users should use eTenet user accounts.
This access is managed by the physician through Tenet Physician Portal.
Physicians not credentialed with Baptist and without a Tenet Physician Portal account must complete form below to avoid losing access to Mobility.

Only a provider can initiate a Tenet Physician Portal office account to extend manager or
staff access. Helpful instructions can be found here:
Unsure you have Tenet Physician Portal Access, call the Tenet Support Help Desk
at 800-639-7575, select option 3 to confirm.

When creating your new password please follow the minimum requirements below.
Minimum of 8 characters
Must contain a number (0-9)
Must contain a uppercase letter (A-Z)
Cannot be a password used in the past
